Valuable Mirror of Truth #21: CALVARY: An Unmeasurable, Unequal, Unending, and Undeniable ACT OF LOVE!!!!!!!

Read: Romans 5:8; John 3:16; John 15:12-14; 1 John 4:9-10

This Valuable Mirror of Truth, is about Calvary: The greatest story of LOVE, ever told! We begin with some of the lyrics from Candy Staton, “No one would have done what He did, no one could have done what He did; no one could have taken my place, not only mine but the whole human race. God put our needs before His own so He sacrificed His only Son, He did what no other Father would do, He let Him (his son Jesus) die for me, and He died for you, Oh, How He must love me and how He must love you too!”

 

This is just one of the many reasons to really Love God, because He first loved us. Before we were even conceived in our mother’s womb, God chose us, even though He knew what sins we would commit over the course of our lives, He still chose to Love us. 

 

And then He allowed His only begotten Son to be born into this world, to make the ultimate sacrifice of becoming sin, even though Jesus never committed any sin, to offer redemption and cleansing from our sins, so that all of us can have a chance of eternal life with God. That’s Love, y’all, that’s Perfect Love!

 

Another reason to love God is that He gave us a gift called the Holy Ghost, which is the spirit and power of the Almighty God. He has promised that the Holy Ghost will live in us…never to leave us nor forsake us, if we are obedient to His Word.  (Acts 2:38-39)

 

So, from this day forward, we should remember Calvary daily, to remind ourselves why serving, praising, and living holy is letting God see how thankful and how grateful we are that He allowed His only begotten Son to be the sacrificial lamb, whose blood was shed to atone for our sins. And because our Supreme God demonstrated His Boundless Love for all of humanity, at Calvary!
